Safety Monitor
Description
The Safety Monitor works directly with guests providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance while enforcing Jungle Jam safety standards. The Safety Monitor is responsible for knowing and understanding Jungle Jam policies and procedures in order to answer guest questions and solve problems accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Pay attention to the playground and court at all times and engage with the guests
- Assist with playground and court inspections
- Explain Jungle Jam policies, procedures and rules to guests in a professional and authoritative manner
- Up-selling additional items
- Lead and/or participate in music and arts & crafts sessions
- Perform custodial duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage guests in conversation
- Ability to interact and work with children of all ages
- Ability to enforce rules
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- CPR & First Aid Certification is a plus but not required
