The Cashier is one of the first Team Members our guests see when they arrive.  The Cashier is responsible for knowing and understanding Jungle Jam policies and procedures in order to answer guest questions and solve problems accordingly.  The Cashier oversees all guest check-in procedures, including but not limited to assisting with filling out waivers, providing the proper sock size, giving out wristbands and upselling other Jungle Jam products, such as arcade Jam Passes and food & beverage.  The Cashier is responsible for completing admission sales, including cash handling, prize redemption and serving guests while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Take inventory and restock merchandise and food items as needed
  • Having knowledge of the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Up-selling additional items
  • Demonstrate excellent cash handling practices
  • Lead and/or participate in music and arts & crafts sessions
  • Perform custodial duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Leadership experience with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to process and handle cash transactions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage guests in conversation
  • Ability to interact and work with children of all ages
  • Ability to enforce rules
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR & First Aid Certification is a plus but not required
